I am an experienced senior leader with an outstanding track record of strategic development, innovation, enhancement and research in teaching and learning in higher education. I am a National Teaching Fellow and a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (now Advance HE). I have experience of leading change projects across a large higher education institution, underpinned by pedagogic research evidence. I can be flexible and responsive to your needs to offer development, support and scalable solutions.

I have expertise in education and pedagogic research, capacity building, reviewing papers for REF submission and writing REF narratives. I am an experienced TEF reviewer, a national pilot panel member for the Subject TEF and can support staff with data analysis and written submissions.
INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION
I have built a strong portfolio of international consultancy which has included work in China, the US and South Africa. With significant recent experience in China, I set up the first International Faculty Development Programme in the UK and can use this expertise to help promote your institution on the international stage.
